Receiving PDF invoices

Only invoices in PDF format, with one invoice per PDF and per email, will be accepted. This email address is for sending invoices only:

Please send any other documents to proveedores[at]bsmsa[dot]cat.

Invoice processing

The date of receipt for PDF invoices will be the date they are entered into our IT system.

Invoices sent by post will be considered received at BSM once they arrive at the Accounts Payable Department; processing will begin from that point onwards.

Once the invoice has been processed, you will receive a notification email at the address BSM has on file for sending purchase orders.

Requirements

• The official order must have been received by email before an invoice can be issued.
• Invoices cannot be issued for unfinished work or undelivered goods.
• Contractor and subcontractor certificates must be submitted when requested by email.
• Bank certificates must be submitted when requested by email.

Invoice returns

If invoices must be returned, they will be sent via the same email address used for sending purchase orders, stating the reason for the return in the email.

For invoices received on paper, notification will be provided by email.

Invoice payments

Invoices received by post will be paid 30 days from the date they are received at the BSM offices.

Invoices received in PDF format will be paid 30 days from the date they are entered into our IT system.

Once the invoice has been processed at BSM, it will be sent to the bank so that it can be discounted before the due date.

BSM will send all processed invoices to the bank on a weekly basis. At that point, an email will be sent with the expected due date for each invoice.

Invoice due dates will always fall on a Friday.
