From 1 to 10 April, coinciding with the Easter period, Park Güell is offering guided tours in Catalan, Spanish and English. During this period, anyone who wishes to do so can enjoy the park in a different way, along guided routes in small groups, learning more details about the history of Park Güell and its architectural characteristics.
There will also be guided tours over all the other weekends in April, with the tour language varying according to the chosen day and time slot. Tours in Catalan will be held on 1 and 8 April, and over the weekend of 22 and 23 April. In the latter case, there will be a 50% discount on tours in Catalan, as a way of celebrating Sant Jordi‘s Day. This initiative aims to encourage Barcelona residents to visit this unique city location. Furthermore, over that weekend, the winning bookmarks from the “Sant Jordi and the Park Güell Dragon” competition, which was held in schools in the surrounding area, will be distributed among visitors to the park.
The Park Güell guided tour consists of a route that is approximately one hour long and includes the park’s most emblematic features, where visitors discover Antoni Gaudí’s architectural secrets, connecting them to the values of Modernisme, symbolism and harmony that Park Güell has with nature.
The guided tour costs €22.00 (€16 during the promotional period) and includes admission to the park and the specialised guide service. The sessions are now available to the general public on the Park Güell official website. These tours are limited to a maximum of 25 people.
